Shipping

We charge flat rate shipping fees of $10 per order, Australia Wide.

We offer free home delivery within the Macedon Ranges.

International shipping is currently unavailable.

You will be sent a tracking number when your order is shipped, please allow up to 5 business days for metro delivery and up to 10 days for regional.

Pick up in store

At checkout, you can select to pick up your order directly from our store during opening hours.

You will receive an order confirmation when your items are ready for collection.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the item you have purchased is not suitable, returns will be accepted within 7 days of the purchase date.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unworn with labels still attached and in the original purchase condition and packaging.

To complete your return please contact the store via info@cuttingslifestyle.com.au or 03 5427 3168 to obtain an RA number (Return Authorisation). The receipt or proof of purchase is required to make a return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchange or credit (to be used in-store only) will be offered for returns.

Items exempt from returns:

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Pierced jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Gifts Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Faulty Items

We will happily repair, exchange or refund faulty items within 7 days of receipt of goods.
